My Story

My recent broken foot completely stopped me from all the things I love.

Yoga poses everywhere, hiking, kickboxing, ballroom dancing and the challenge daily on Instagram participating in yoga challenges. Not forgetting the normal everyday things of life like long showers on two feet and of course, shopping! However, it did make me look up, be still, reflect on my life and pray. Thankfully today I consider it a gift and I’m delightfully inspired because God has set me on a new path. Still I remain awe struck! Look back at my journey all these years and see Him building me up for this very moment.

I’m convinced with out all the things I used to do, I would of had such a hard time for the past seven weeks waiting as my foot healed. That’s why I used this time and proudly say that 99% is completed in my yoga teacher training course. I also always wanted to use my three black belts It’s my passion now to empower and equip others so that they too can move more freely through life, have fun, find peace, destress and be blessed and continually be filled with joy in their journey!

I’m keeping this Bible verse locked in my heart!
